Culture and Entertainment
Plenty of money has been spent in the north-east of Scotland in our museums and event venues. P&J Live opened in August 2019 and hosts concerts and events throughout the year. We do love a bit of entertainment and there is nowhere better than His Majesty’s Theatre in the heart of Aberdeen.

P&J Live
Located around 20 minutes from Meldrum House, P&J Live is a multi-purpose indoor arena which opened in August 2019. It offers a capacity for all types of shows and events from 5,000 to 15,000. Replacing the former Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, the 10,000-seat arena is used for concerts and other events.

His Majesty’s Theatre
His Majesty’s Theatre is one of only two so named in the world. It’s an opulent, awe-inspiring Frank Matcham designed theatre, a national treasure, with a breathtaking auditorium described by Billy Connolly as “like playing a gig inside a wedding cake!” On stage at HMT we bring Broadway and the West End to the North-east with award winning musical theatre.
