Get ready for champagne and canapes and head to our Ballroom for our themed Monte Carlo Hogmanay Ball to bring in 2025 in style. The celebration include a glass of champagne on arrival, 5 course dinner, live band, Kintore Pipe Band at midnight and midnight snack.

New Year’s Day
Enjoy a leisurely lie-in before heading down to our New Year’s Day brunch, where our culinary team will be ready to create the perfect start to your morning.

In the afternoon, enjoy a walk around our estate, and head back to the hotel for a special event. Our Executive Chef and his team will be doing a demonstration, creating some stunning dishes, talking you through each one and giving you the chance to sample his creations along with a champagne tasting. At night enjoy a 3-course dinner in our Pineapple Restaurant.

Depart after a full Scottish breakfast unless you are staying with us for a 3rd night where you can take advantage of our January Sale with the option to dine in the Cave Bar or Pineapple Grill and Seafood Restaurant in the evening for an extra £50 per person bed & breakfast.
